When getting a quote for insurance. Please make sure that you are being honest and upfront with the agent. If you hold back information about your driving history, household members, etc. You will end up upset with the end results. Let’s prevent this from happening as much as possible. This can make the process a whole lot smoother for both parties and as painless as possible. Let us know what you have and we will let you know what we have for you. Hope this helps!

I agree Michelle, we see the same thing all the time in our agency, a customer calls for a quote for auto insurance and tells us they have no points, the agent goes by what the customer tells them and runs the quote with no points. Then when the customer comes in to complete the application and pay the down payment, the agent runs the MVR to verify the driving record and if it differs from what the client told us, the price is going to go up. It’s much better to just go ahead and tell the agent up front what is on your record so you get an accurate quote with no unpleasant surprises!
Yes, help us to help you!! That’s what I say.
